Villa Gotmar Beach is perfectly placed to reach all amenities, situated in a residential neighbourhood with shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance and just 600 m from the sand beach at Llenaire and 500 m from Port de Pollensa town. The villa is 300 m² and sleeps 10, the interior is modern and tastefully furnished, it has air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms, WiFi, satellite TV and floor to ceiling glass doors with views to the private swimming pool and terraces. There are 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large living/dining space with a fully equipped open kitchen.

Port de Pollensa is a popular family resort with plenty to offer and is an ideal destination for activities, relaxation and memorable holidays.
The modern villa is now equipped with all mod cons and very comfortable interiors. There are 4 bedroom suites including a family suite with an extra pullout bed for 1 or 2 children. Large covered area for outdoor dining with a modern barbeque. a Private Chef service is available on request.
